Very successful surgery and recovery, excellent staff

I saw Dr. Murali for ongoing knee pain. She worked with me to find a solution that worked and performed arthroscopic surgery to clean out my knee. I am post surgery 1 month and have recovered very well. Last weekend I played golf pain free for the first time in 3 years! Thank You Dr. Murali!!! I would highly recommend. Excellent communication skills, very knowledgeable of treatment options, well versed in working with my insurance to get approval, and an excellent surgeon.

I had both an ACL reconstruction and a medial meniscus repair done on my right knee. Dr. Murali explained everything in detail and really made me feel comfortable about the upcoming surgery. The surgery went really well and my recovery has been great so far. I felt immediately better right after the surgery. Besides being a great doctor, she also has great bedside manners and is so easy to talk to. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Murali repaired my shoulder after multiple dislocations. I was very apprehensive about the surgery, my first one, but Dr. Murali was very thorough going over my imaging results, the necessity of surgical procedure and expectations for recovery. I really liked the details and the no rushed time for questions in pre-op appointments.

The recovery has been super fast, my training is going well and I have the confidence of having even stronger shoulder than before the injury.

I was a student that shadowed Dr. Murali over this summer and I was able to learn a lot of valuable information regarding orthopedic surgery but also the patient and doctor relationship. Dr. Murali was very kind and informative when letting her patients know their options as well as their diagnosis to offer optimum care to help her patients achieve the best help there is to offer. She prioritizes offering conservative aid for her patients before proposing surgery and many patients have been and continue to be very happy with her work. I am also grateful to have learned a lot during my time at the clinic, and have gotten a better understanding of the orthopedic field thanks to Dr. Murali.

My 92 year old Mom fell and broke her wrist, the care, attentiveness, willingness to repeat or speak louder when she did not hear, efficiency while never making us feel rushed was so wonderful. While I hope to not need Dr. Murali again (No more falls, please), if I ever need an orthopedic doctor for Mom Dr. Murali will be our first choice.

I went to Dr. Murali after a knee injury because she had an excellent clinical background and she is one of the rare female orthopedic surgeons in the area. Her surgical skills are phenomenal. I healed within months with no knee pain and very little scarring. She also helped me navigate my tricky insurance and find a gold star physical therapist at El Camino. But more than that, Dr. Murali is a surgeon with exceptional relational skills. She takes the time to hear your concerns and plan with you to make the best of whatever situation has landed you in her office. Dr. Murali is truly a surgeon you want on your wellness team. A special shoutout to her incredible office team, especially Greg, who work hard to make sure you are supported and informed. I am so grateful to the entire team for helping me walk again.

I was referred to Dr. Murali when my old orthopedic surgeon closed her practice. How fortunate for me, because she is awesome. Had surgery for a torn ACL (second replacement) and my knee feels better now than it did after my first surgery with my old doc! Dr. Murali is a great listener and really takes time and care with her patients.
